About this design
Two tiers in soft blue with a fondant teddy bear in a bow tie sitting on top, white paper hot air balloons floating around both tiers, fondant clouds, gold stars, a gold number on the upper tier and the name in gold on the lower one. The balloons are made of paper so they stay light enough to stand on wires, and the palette works just as well in blush or sage.
