Approve the design and quote
We send you a design proposal and a quote remotely, and refine it with you until it is exactly right. You approve everything before we bake, so there are no surprises except the one you are planning.
Pay from abroad or at pickup
Pay by bank transfer when the order is confirmed, or simply have the family member who collects the cake pay at the studio. Whichever is easier for you.
Your family collects the cake
The cake is ready at our central Pristina studio at the agreed time, boxed and ready to celebrate. For larger wedding cakes, local delivery and on-site setup can be arranged instead.
Marrying in Kosovo while living abroad
Plenty of couples build a life in Germany, Switzerland, Austria or Sweden and still hold the wedding or the fejesa at home in Kosovo. That means planning a celebration in one country from another, usually with only a few days on the ground before the day itself. The cake does not have to be one of the things left until you arrive.
Book the date first
Everything else can be decided later, but the date cannot. Peak summer weekends fill weeks in advance, which is exactly when most weddings back home are held. Send us the date as soon as the venue is fixed and the design can follow at your own pace.
Design settled before you fly
We work from photographs, your colour palette and a written brief over WhatsApp, in Albanian or English, and you approve a proposal before anything is baked. No part of the process needs you in the room, so your days in Kosovo stay free for everything that does.
One local contact
Nominate a parent, sibling or coordinator in Pristina to handle collection, or arrange local delivery and on-site setup for a tiered wedding cake. Design decisions stay with you; the logistics on the day do not have to.

Can I order a cake for Pristina from Germany, Switzerland or another country?
Yes. The whole process works over WhatsApp at +383 49 565 902, in Albanian or English: you send the occasion and idea, we agree the design and quote remotely, and your family in Pristina collects the finished cake. Many diaspora celebrations are planned exactly this way.
How do I pay for the cake from abroad?
Two options: pay by bank transfer when your order is confirmed, or have the person collecting the cake pay at the studio in Pristina. Payment is agreed together with the quote, before we bake.
How do I know the cake will match what I ordered?

How much notice should I give for an order from abroad?
As early as you can, especially for weddings and engagement (fejesa) cakes. Send your date on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability right away, so the surprise is locked in well before you or your family travel.
We live abroad but are getting married in Kosovo. Can you handle the cake remotely?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Couples based in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden and further afield hold their wedding or fejesa in Kosovo and settle the cake before they travel. The design conversation, the proposal and the approval all happen over WhatsApp, so nothing waits on your arrival.
Can we book the cake without visiting the studio first?
You can. We agree the design from photographs and a written brief, and you approve a proposal before anything is baked. If you would rather see the studio, come by while you are in Pristina, but it is not a requirement and no part of the process depends on it.
We only arrive in Kosovo a few days before the wedding. Is that a problem?
Not for the cake, as long as the date itself is booked early. Arriving late only limits your own time, not ours: the design is settled in advance and the cake is baked to your approved proposal, ready on the agreed day. What does cause problems is leaving the booking until you land, because peak wedding dates are taken weeks ahead.
Can a family member in Pristina handle the details on our behalf?
Yes. Many couples abroad nominate a parent, sibling or wedding coordinator in Pristina as the local contact for collection or venue setup, while the design and approval stay with the couple. Tell us who to coordinate with and we will keep both sides informed.
