Corporate Cake Orders in Pristina: A Guide for Offices and Events

How to order cakes for company events in Pristina: logo branding, guest counts, invoicing, and lead times for corporate orders.

Corporate Cake Orders in Pristina: A Guide for Offices and Events

Company anniversaries, launches, office parties, and team milestones all deserve a cake that looks the part. A good corporate cake lands the right note: celebratory without being overly personal, branded without being a billboard. At Cakes By Vjollca in Pristina we handle corporate orders regularly, from small team birthdays to larger anniversary events.

This guide walks through what to think about before you place a corporate order: how logo reproduction actually works, guest counts, invoicing, and lead times.

What corporate orders cover

The most common corporate cake requests we take:

  • Company anniversary cakes (1 year, 5 years, 10 years)
  • Product or service launch cakes
  • Team birthday cakes with the company colors
  • End-of-year or holiday office celebrations
  • Client appreciation gifts
  • Conference and event centerpiece cakes

Logo reproduction: what works

Not every logo reproduces equally well on a cake. A few things that make a logo cake-ready:

  • High-resolution file: send a vector (SVG, AI) or at least a 300 DPI PNG. Screenshots from a website usually read blurry on cake.
  • Limited colors: two to four colors print cleanest. Gradient logos with subtle color shifts can be done, but the gradient will read softer on cake than on screen.
  • Simple shapes: logos that rely on extremely fine lines (tiny text under 2mm, hair-thin strokes) need adjustment. We will usually scale the logo up or slightly simplify to keep it legible.

We reproduce logos in three main ways:

  • Edible icing print: best for full-color logos with photo-like detail. Flat finish.
  • Hand-painted fondant: best for clean two-color logos. Looks more crafted, slightly more expensive.
  • Cut fondant or sugar paste shapes: best for bold geometric logos. Gives a dimensional, layered look.

Guest count and size

For office cakes, guest count matters more than visual impression. A single- tier 10-inch cake feeds about 40 people in small office slices. For larger events:

  • Small team (10-20 people): single-tier 8-inch cake
  • Department event (30-50 people): single-tier 10-inch or two-tier small cake
  • Full company (60-100 people): two-tier cake or tiered display cake with sheet cake behind
  • Client-facing event (100+ people): display cake with dessert selection

For the biggest events, we recommend a display cake (the branded, visual one everyone photographs) paired with a simple sheet cake or dessert selection for serving. This keeps the look high-end without requiring a single cake large enough to feed the whole room.

Flavor choices for corporate events

Office crowds are usually a mix of tastes and dietary preferences. Safe choices:

  • Vanilla sponge with mascarpone and berries
  • Chocolate sponge with ganache
  • Lemon with mascarpone (reads lighter, good for morning events)

Unless you know the team well, avoid coffee or alcohol-soaked cakes. Note any dietary requirements (vegetarian, nut-free, dairy-free) upfront so we can plan. See our flavor guide for more.

Invoicing and business accounting

For corporate orders we issue proper invoices with VAT details for company accounting. When you place the order, please send:

  • Company legal name
  • VAT number (numri fiskal)
  • Billing address
  • Contact person for billing questions

Payment can be made in advance or split between deposit and balance on pickup, depending on your company's process. We accept bank transfer for corporate invoices.

Delivery and pickup

Most corporate orders are picked up from our studio on Perandori Justinian in Pristina. For local delivery to an office or event venue within Pristina, we can arrange drop-off with advance notice. Outdoor events in summer need extra care for timing. Plan for the cake to arrive just before the start of the event, not hours earlier.

Recurring and repeat orders

If your company orders cakes regularly (monthly team birthdays, quarterly milestones, holiday parties), let us know. We can set up a simple recurring arrangement where you share event dates in advance and we handle production on a set schedule. This usually results in shorter lead times and more consistent pricing.

Lead time

2 weeks minimum for a cake with a custom logo or specific branding. 3 to 4 weeks for sculpted or highly detailed corporate cakes. For last-minute simple orders, reach out and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit it in. See our lead-time guide for the full breakdown.

Frequently asked questions

Can you put our company logo on a cake?

Yes. Send us a high-resolution version of your logo (PNG or vector), and we will reproduce it on the cake using edible icing print, hand-painted fondant, or sugar paste depending on the design. Clean, simple logos reproduce best.

Do you provide invoices for corporate orders?

Yes. We issue invoices with VAT details for company accounting. Tell us your business name, VAT number, and billing address when you place the order and we will include everything on the final invoice.

How much notice do you need for a corporate cake?

2 weeks is the comfortable minimum for a cake with a custom logo or specific branding. For recurring orders or cakes without heavy custom work, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines. Reach out early if the event is time-sensitive.

Can you deliver to our office?

For local Pristina deliveries we can arrange drop-off with advance notice. For larger events and conferences, we coordinate delivery and on-site setup directly with your event team. See our services page for more on logistics.
